Had purchased coat hangers on November 18, 2022. product was shipped and arrived at Walmart Argentia Dec, 8, 2022. Product was lost at Walmart but they could not clairify this however I had called 3 times addressing this and at the end the customer service supervisor just gave me a refund. I did not request a refund all I wanted was the product. What it came down to is that Walmart messed up the order and 3 months later asked me to reorder it. The seller who was selling these hangers is no longer on the list and the price has doubled. I had ask the supervisor if they can fullfill the order they said not. This was clearly there fault but would not give me the order for the original price I paid. By the way when you call customer service it sends you to India as thats where it is subed out to. Poor poor training.

I have been so badly treated by Walmart customer service for asking about being charged a monthly $84,68 on my account without any Authorization and no explanation why or who is making this charge, and when I confront them they have no answer,Furthermore the Arrogance and behavior of Ms Dimpae [Walmart Stockyard] is beyond. I phone called the Manager Mr. Yohan A. and was left on the phone for more than half hour. How ever I am Taking this Further .

only buy from them if expect to get ripped off - horrible customer service - they dont speak english - and said ordert discount code was used up even tho' i cancelled the order - shame- shame shame shame - walmart is horrible - shame on them

I tried to shop in your store 2 weeks in a row. I was told by your associate that I did not scan items that went into my bag. We had to prove to him he was wrong. He sad he was just doing his job. This week I boughht a new garbage can for my kitchen. I was forced to open it to prove I was not stealing. I phoned back to the store to complain and just got lip service. I will never step into a Walmart again. Your company culture sucks and I will be doing everthing I can to boycott your store. It is obvious your company is more concerned with theft than customer service

This email is for a feedback for the worst service ever I have ever received.

I ordered a furniture on 16th June from Walmart.ca. I didn’t realized that it was from a market place going through Walmart.

I get a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. It never arrived to my place and rerouted to the seller.

There was no notification that it will be resend to me nor a refund. Until now, I am still struggling to get a refund though I contacted customer service at least 3 times.

Every time they said they contacted the seller and it will be refunded in 48 hrs (1st time was from last week) One week has gone, still no refund.

Do you think I will recommend someone to buy via Walmart online? No way. I will continue to buy from amazon/best buy. I wanted to try walwart. Not worthy.

I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life! I ordered outdoor furniture online and was told to just refuse delivery since I changed my mind because once it’s on the road it can’t be stopped. I was told that once it reaches the return place I’ll get my refund in a few days! Didn’t happen and I’m still fighting for it! I keep getting the run around - I highly recommend people not to order from Walmart! Lesson learnt, but I still want my refund!

The worst company to try and deal with. Can't get a response from anyone. I bought a deep freeze with missing part and I am a senior with a disibility and live alone and they told me to pack it back up and bring it back. WTH? Tried contacting head office and a waste of time. They do not respond!!! Will never order a big item from them again!!

I am appalled at the service that I've been getting at WalMart!! On August 18th, I ordered a bike for my 45-year-old special needs son. He doesn't drive, so that is his mode of transportation. The order was cancelled. I ordered bike #2, which arrived safely, but the back tire would not hold any air in it. I ordered bike #3 early last week, and returned bike #2 at the Portage la Prairie, MB store. When I got back home, I had an email saying that bike #3 had been cancelled. These were not the same bikes. On Saturday, I looked online again, and it said that if I ordered it within 3 hours, I could pick it up that day. I ordered it--my son was so excited!! We hopped in the van and drove 30 miles one way, to pick it up (the only reason for the trip.)



After arriving there, we discovered that they couldn't find any record of it! After about 30 minutes, they told us they would phone us shortly, when they figured out what was going on. I gave her my cell number, and we went over to McDonald's to kill some time.



After spending 2 hours there, I still hadn't heard back from them, so we went back over to WalMart. They STILL had no clue as to what was happening. They called a woman who seemed to know more about the orders. She went back to look for the bike, and when she came back, she said they didn't have that bike in stock! She then phoned someone (an office?), and they didn't know what was going on, either. So I told her I would contact the company. When I got home, I checked the website and found that WalMart now claims that it will deliver the bike on Oct. 3rd, which means he won't get much of a chance to enjoy his new bike very long before winter sets in.



I phoned the customer service line that evening and was asked if the site I had looked at was really a WalMart website, because he said that they didn't advertise anything like that.



Meanwhile, we wasted our afternoon and drove 60 miles to get this bike, and again, we had nothing to show for it!! I am very concerned, because I feel that it is extremely poor service, false advertising, and am disturbed that such a large chain of stores can get by with such "service!"



I recently inherited some stock in the U.S. WalMart chain, and if they did something like this, I would sell the stock, because I wouldn't want to invest in a store with such terrible service!! Quite frankly, I wouldn't want to support a store that treated their customers so poorly.



I went online this morning and found the advertisement below. If that could be trusted, he could have his bike this week, much earlier than when this one is supposed to be delivered. How disappointing for him!!
