Over charging price tags are wrong you scan the items any the barcide says its more

Very poor service at your Galway store in St. John’s nl. I purchased 3 Canada Day shirts in store on may25 girl who served me could not tell me if I could refund or not so I purchased anyway turns out they were to small I needed an exchange. I returned the next day and she told me there is no exchange or refund at your store.turns out she knew today there was no refund. Anyway, very disappointed most other stores with the tags attached, it is not a problem to exchange for right size, to bad your store does not offer the same service. Very disappointed in the store and management there..

I just got home from one of your stores in Brandon Manitoba. The store is at the corner of 18th st and College Ave. The store was very busy, as well as a line up to go through the tills. We have been been getting a lot of rain lately and today was no different. I spent a substantial amount in your store today. I called a cab as I am unable to drive. As I was waiting for the cab it started to pour. I went into the doorway to get out of the rain while I waited for the cab. The same cashier I had took time from a very busy store and a very long line up at the tills to come to tell me I couldn’t stand in there. I told her I was there to keep dry while waiting for my cab. And again was told I couldn’t stay in there. So I stood outside the store in the pouring rain waiting for my cab. I was going to Back in to her and ask for my money back. Unfortunately that was when my cab arrived. I will never step foot in that store and I will let everyone I know what happened and how horribly I was treated by a member of your staff.

Awarding Zero Stars. I was forced to pick 1 star as it will not accept Zero.

1. Staff needs training in customer service. Manger was extremely rude to me after they charge more than what the item was priced for.

2. Ensure you check your receipts before you leave the store as some items in the store are priced less that what is in their system.

3. Dollarama is participating in false advertisement. Item shows $4.00 and cashed for $4.50. I bought several of the same items



CAUTION! CHECK YOUR BILL WHEN YOU BUY AT DOLLARAMA KEELE AND ASHWARAN



I purchased items August 30, 2023 from Dollarama at 3715 Keele Street, upon arriving home I discovered that and was overcharged, I called the store to notify them and was told to bring the items back. I live in Brampton which is not close to the store.



On September 11, 2023 at around 10:45 I brought them back as I was in the area again. The girl who I spoke to initially checked and told me that the system had them entered as $4.50 so it was not the cashier who made the error and that she cannot give me back the difference. I asked to speak to the manager, who came and told me that it is supposed to be $4.00 for the first item and after that each is $4.50. I showed her the bill that all were charged at $4.50 and told her that there was no sign to indicate what was explained to me. Did they honor the item? ABSOLUTELY NOT



Instead the person in charge was extremely rude to me. Telling me I should have been watching the cash register and refuse to issue a refund. I told her that it was advertised at $4.00 and was charged $4.50, so they need to honor that. Again she rudely told me that she cannot give me a refund. Because of her rude tone and body language, I asked to speak to someone higher than her. She told me. rudely "I am in charge". I asked her to give me the head office number, she said " Go look it up online". I asked for her name so that I can say who I spoke to. She told me she will not give you my name as that is my personal information. I said but you are serving the public and I need a name for reference. She rudely told me I will not give you my name, as I said that is my personal information, have a nice day and walked away left me standing at the counter. I told her she was very rude for someone in a supervisor position. She turned and again said have a nice day.



This is not acceptable. The rip me off and in addition was totally disrespectful.

we have a dollarama in bouctouche nb and it's the worst store l've ever been in as far as having good staff.they are ignorant .not all but a few in there dont deserve to work in public.

At dallarama store in south red deer 50th ave and found staff to be very unknowlegable and unfriendly. Treat customers like just a number and not worth anything.

Re- store Mapleview and Yonge St. Barrie Ontario I have been several

Dollarama Stores in Vaughan .Mississauga when I travel and Barrie where I live

Barrie store is the one that has a problem many times when there a large line up like this morning only one cashier i ask two two staff members who were busy chatting by the shopping carts ( one of them was the manager)to open they both igore my request. this has happen several times before. I believe the manager is not the best interest of Dollarama, she should be more aware

what is happening in the store at all time.

Horrible customer relations between management and the consumer. My wife and I went to the Dollorama at 7841 Oakwood Dr at a SmartCentre in Niagara Falls Ontario. We found Luminus LED pot lights that were hanging on the pegs and priced as $2.50 each. We needed 5 of these Bright White LED lights for our kitchen. At the checkout, the cash register indicated them to be $4.00 and we told the Dollorama cashier of the discrepancy. When we took the cashier and her team leader to the aisle and showed where the item was sold, the leader acknowledged the error and said we could only have two of them at the $2.50 price. We told her that it was not our error. It was the fault of the store and, like all, if not most, other store, we should get all 5 of them for $2.50 each. The Team Leader would only allow us to get 2 of them as it was the store's mistake. This leader would not budge stating that it was store policy not to honor the price that was identified by the customer. She was so sure that she was right, but would not provide her name as I requested. Then the store manager came over, agreed that an error was made, and now only offered us to buy 1 at the price of $2.50. When there was no attempt to honestly satisfy us as customers, we left without buying anything. WE WILL NEVER GO TO YOUR STORE EVER AGAIN AND WILL MAKE IT A POINT TO SPREAD THE WORD OF DOLLORAMA'S POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER.
