This should be a 0 star rating for you AC but I had to put something in. It seems we as customer have to do whatever you tell us but when we push back you just say suck it up. I have had my departure and return flights changed a total of 4 times and I haven't even left yet. I was told by a Customer service rep that I HAD to except the changes. So I did reluctantly. AC rep at that time said if ANY of my flights are delayed again then I can change my day and time at NO cost to me and yes they did change again. So I called customer service as instructed in the previous conversation to review the changes with an AC rep. I asked to make the changes that need I needed to make at NO cost at the same time, oh that's a lie too. They want almost $500 to do so. One person to the next in customer service which is a joke by the way doesn't know what they are doing. I asked to speak with a supervisor was told NO that would not happen. Your company is pathetic in it's customer service.

Air Canada has literally stolen about $1581 from me. They cancelled the flight for which I bought two tickets - they promised a refund June 6, 2003. I have yet to receive it. I’ve spent HOURS on the phone with customer service reps. One year ago, one of them told me, in essence, to be patient. That many customers had not yet received their refunds from 2020! I’ve been issued new case number/reference numbers. I have no idea how that is supposed to help. Air Canada said, two years ago, via an email, that the refund had been issued and some sort of claim number/verification number was sent via a separate email. We never received that email, despite email filter/spam searching. All I want is the money due to me and no customer service rep seems to be able to do that. I am contacting consumer protection agencies and newspapers next.

worst airline ever. due to different delays AC confirmed in writing a voucher for $ 700.00. However, i booked now a flight using the voucher. However, $ 800.00 were charged per person on my credit card. since 6 weeks trying to sort that out per email, phone calls etc. i still don't have a response. just terrible. i have to give one star since a no star option is not available

After listening to “As It Happens” and learning of the ordeal of the unclean plane, I would hope that the uncaring crew are retrained but perhaps the threatening Pilot should be fired.

On the airplane from Heathrow, London Dec 12 2022, I forgot it in the pocket attatched to the toilet wall before seat 23 E or F? I told it was a Samsung tablet and it was black and it was cut out a v shaped notch on both sides of the black protection folder for camera lines. What else additional information do you acuire? As you have asked me twiceI it should probably be that you have thiefs within your company or service companies connected to you. So you should compensate me, I had to buy myself a smartphone after my loss.

When you then ask about additional information, I can not give it because suddenly you say I need a correct ten digit phone number. Don't you have this service for international customers? Being on hold yesterday with AC for over 2 hours talking to a CS agent and he puts me on hold and before that I gave him my # call back number in case we got disconnected. Guess what, we got disconnected and today I have a 3 hour wait. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE from any reputable company, reputation does not matter for your CS staff!
