After listening to “As It Happens” and learning of the ordeal of the unclean plane, I would hope that the uncaring crew are retrained but perhaps the threatening Pilot should be fired.

On the airplane from Heathrow, London Dec 12 2022, I forgot it in the pocket attatched to the toilet wall before seat 23 E or F? I told it was a Samsung tablet and it was black and it was cut out a v shaped notch on both sides of the black protection folder for camera lines. What else additional information do you acuire? As you have asked me twiceI it should probably be that you have thiefs within your company or service companies connected to you. So you should compensate me, I had to buy myself a smartphone after my loss.

When you then ask about additional information, I can not give it because suddenly you say I need a correct ten digit phone number. Don't you have this service for international customers? Being on hold yesterday with AC for over 2 hours talking to a CS agent and he puts me on hold and before that I gave him my # call back number in case we got disconnected. Guess what, we got disconnected and today I have a 3 hour wait. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE from any reputable company, reputation does not matter for your CS staff!

Why does Air canada (and Aeroplan) not want to answer their phones?

Air Canada, we need to speak. I was told I had a credit. I was not permitted to board the airplane day of travel because the test I took was in accordance with CDc guidelines for the original country destination. Flights changed within my booking I had to change countries so I bought a new connection flight. I took the covid test required for that country. Upon arrival I was informed I needed to have a new test and at Lisbon. Though the airport had 1 hour tests, results, you would not all me to retake the test at the airport even as i arrived 2.5 hours earlier. I called immediately after for a refund for my friend who purchased my ticket. Agent told me only a credit for a future flight within 2 years, 1 year extended due to Covid related issue. So I phoned 3/2/2023 to rebook a flight for my credit and was told no I could not do that, it was all cancelled. I should contact Customer Relations. The agent could not give me a direct phone or email but to look it up on air canadas website: customer support, customer relations at the bottom of the page. If possible, please recall the recorded call from 7:49 PM, EST, Ohio, last 4 digits of number 0897, area code 614.



I have all my screenshots of phone calls from 2 different numbers of all the times I called and durations. I have emails and facebook messages from 9/20/2021, 9/18/201 and July original order.

You are the worst airlines I have ever flown. A few days ago I booked 3 flights with you, they were ALL changed to horrible times. My 5 hour flight was changed to a 12 hour flight with a 6 hour layover. The options you offered were 23 hours! I cancelled my flights with you, and I am now going to cancel my TD Aeroplan card, which, I just received thinking I would fly you again. NEVER FLY AIR CANADA.
