I have tried to contact the 1-866-237-8289 number was the agent by the name of Ricardo was not helpful and suggested that I email customer.support@bbadvantage.com for further support.
I also have a number to the Canadian head office number but it seems that no one answers the phone.
This company is going to the dogs, everyone is so busy covering their asses that you can not get anything done in a timely manner. The automated answering system makes it so you can't talk to people who can get things done. It is quite bad when a store manager says he will call the next day around the noon hour and never followed thru and the reason,(he was too busy) Coventry Road Store in Ottawa
