Unproffetional staff. They made mistake and trying to blame you. When you trying to explain your side they will kick you out and telling you never comeback. Negative 10 for them

Hi there,



I am a former employee of Boston Pizza Penticton reaching out to inform you that I have started legal processes against this location for refusal to pay wages earned as well as refusing to send documentations of employment from May 2021. I have contacted employment standards, as well as legal council. I am reaching out as a courtesy to make this right.



I am a disabled 22 year old who is on the verge of being homeless. I need to file my taxes which I cannot do without a T4 from Boston Pizza. I have been told numerous times that management will "get back to me when they can". It has been almost a year since I did not get paid and was let go for making a fuss and demanding my tips that I earned. The other reason I was let go was due to my disability that management was aware of and was making accommodations for. I was removed from the schedule and removed from the shift scheduling software as a "punishment" for leaving work due to a migraine that I ended up hospitalized for.



Since then, I have contacted the restaurant and spoken to who is supposedly the current manager. She has told me that she will send me the T4 and get the tips sorted when she can. She's been aware of the tip issue since May 2021 and I have spoken to her multiple times in the past months trying to get my employment records and T4. Last time I called, I was told that they didn't have any of my information anymore so if I wanted a T4, I would have to give them all of my personal info as well as my SIN, which I did. As I am aware, they need to keep this information on file, even after I left. They have no record of my employment which is insanely frustrating to me.



I am currently extremely disabled due to my illnesses and am unable to work anymore. I am close to being homeless. I am trying to reduce stress as I am a heart attack risk, but this is not helping. Last thing I want is to put Boston Pizza on blast for what has been said and done, but I will do it if I do not make contact with anyone in the next week.

Ordered a take out meal for 4 adults and 2 kids. Spent $120.00 and was very disappointed with the meals for the adults. Pizza ok, but the adult meals, awful. This was at your Squamish location. I ordered shrimp Alfredo, I got 8 shrimps and spaghetti as a substitute without being told. NEVER AGAIN.

I’d give my experience less than one star for post COVID cleaning in your Parry Sound franchise. I had dinner there on July 18th and I am still quite upset. I had finished eating when I was served my coffee. I still cannot fathom how lipstick from the last diner was left on that mug. I had been drinking from the cup before I noticed it. 🤢 I had asked to see the server that had delivered it but instead our original server returned to say it wasn’t her and snap up the check with cash we had ready before my eye opening. dismissing me and saying “it went through the dish washer”. I’ve worked in the industry so am very familiar how it works. I am happily fully vaccinated so there is that. I cannot calm my mind or my stomach because of this “unfortunate incident” as labelled by the restaurant messaging. I reported this to the local public health authorities as well. I cannot get past the fact I took great care of myself during the last year and a half only to be put at risk in such an avoidable way. The more I think about it the more upset I get. Reprehensible

Sincerely a non-returning ex-customer. My second bad experience with BP franchises twice bitten is enough for me
