Feb 5, 2023-I ordered two items from Wayfair and the first was delivered, a rug, left outside of the lobby. I had to bring it in when I came from work, and it was left in a secured space by the Supt's assistant. Second item was a couch, they left it outside of the lobby again. I had to drag it into the building and get help to get it into my apartment. No professional ethics and no apologizes when I called. What lousy service.
I will never use FedEx your drivers are liers l had three attempts for pick up driver never buzzed our apt to pick up l took the day off without pay so l can be here when he arrives he never did and to say your drivers from 8-6pm that’s not true they are back to there warehouse before 4pm l sat in my lobby for hours to get the driver no luck and manager was a joke and beeing told lies l was so stressed out with this and NO help from your end never again
Worst delivery service I've delt with, refusing to deliver my wifes pkg to my door. Or accept two alternatives that could resolve problem. Now forced to contact seller and the bbb. Will not use again or recommend to anyone
