Told my thermostat housing was cracked. Upon inspection it was a lie. Changed to an invisible warp. The only thing warped is thier sense of buisiness. When it was replaced i found it wasnt holding pressure. Lube fx found a stripped bolt. I took it back to Kal tire and it was warranteed. I watched the second installation. I asked the mechanic to check the bolts. One was loose. I asked him if hr would have installed it like that. He said yes its supposed to be torqued by Napa. The replacement part was tampered with. I believe by the Service Manager Richard. I averted another disaster by being there and pointing at it. Im losing my faith in humanity.
