I have been going to the Tillicum london drugs for the past 20 years, and all I have seen is worse customer service these past few years. We went in to get a camp chef cover and the website said they had 5 in stock. We went to 3 different customer service workers and all 3 told us to look in the seasonal section. We had already , we showed them the website with the 5 showing in stock and all of them brushed us off. I never ever complain about a store but this was such a rude experience i needed to say something. I will never shop there again. We did however have wonderful service from the store on Quadra. So I guess I now have to go out of my way to get the london drugs service they say they have. Tillicum should get an overhaul in retraining their staff. Totally unacceptable. Too bad. It used to be a nice freindly store.

Unprofessional behavior of Steve working at your company. This incident happened on February 16 at 9 pm in your Store ( 710 Granville St, Vancouver).

When I asked him for online order he rudely told me NOT HERE, DOWNSTAIRS with a very unpleasant tone. Then I asked so where downstairs as I have never been into this store location. Again with very unpleasant tone and short answer ELEVATOR. I once again asked where’s the elevator? He got frustrated and pointed with his finger and said E L E V A T O R as if I’m a little kid or some idiot. I was very shocked disappointed with that kind of treatment I received but I quickly brushed it off after I interacted with Malcom, he was friendly and super helpful - excellent customer service! He help me to bring the air fryer I ordered to upstairs and instructed Steve to bring it to my car when I call as I had to bring my car around to in front of the store. Instead of calling, I came down from the car and let Steve know that I’m here and he just said ok and continued doing what he was doing, so I asked can he bring the air fryer to my car as I have back injury and I can’t do any lifting! He said he will and ignored me and continued doing what he was doing letting me wait. Do you think this is acceptable behavior? A few minutes later, he eventually brought my order to my car, I couldn’t decide where to put the air fryer in as I wasn’t sure it will in my trunk and asked him where he think it would fit and he did not answer my question and instead rushing me by saying CMON CMON HURRY UP! So I panic and open the trunk instead and he keep on saying HURRY UP HURRY UP and dumped the air fryer in trunk and left even he know it didn’t fit in the trunk. I called him but he pretended didn’t hear me and walked into the store! Is this how you guy trained your staff? He doesn’t have any concern towards your customers. I’m totally dissatisfied with this issue and we do not want to visit your store until you take appropriate action and you know nowadays it’s only take one post on social media.

I applied for a job with London Drugs. Had an initial phone interview. Then never heard from London Drugs for over 2 weeks. Suddenly they contacted me and said I had an interview with a store manager. We set up a time and date. Had my interview. Then nothing... About 4 weeks later I get an email from London Drugs HR saying I have to complete and submit my references (by the und of the day). 20 minutes later I email my references. No reply! I contact all my references. They've all been contacted by a third party company for references. 2 weeks go by, and nothing. So I email the person I've been dealing with to confirm everything is done. She informed me that they've hired someone else. I ask why they had me to through the process of getting references (rushing me), having the references contacted. Then not get back to me for 2 weeks? From my understanding the interviews went well, the references were all good. Then to tell me, they've hired someone else? The HR person I dealt with seems to not know what she was doing, is completely unprofessional and should not be in her position.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with the pharmacy manager Keith at the London Drugs in Tillicum Mall in Victoria. He asked me a series of questions that I have never been asked and had absolutely zero respect and after giving him my full name, home address, postal code to birthdate , my identity had been more than well established at this point and then at a volume that every customer in the department was aware of what I was there for and what my meds were. I requested that he respect my privacy and made it a point that it was made crystal clear who I was and that I was there to pick up my prescription. He completely disregarded my privacy and at that point I told him that he was being very ignorant and that I had never been treated that way by any pharmacy or anyone for that matter. It was at this point that he refused to give me my daily prescription and had the audacity to write "missed dose" on the log for my meds. This guy is nothing short of a tyrant and he should not be in a position of management at all. He is setting an absolutely terrible example to his staff, and I am completely disgusted with the way that I was treated by this "manager". I guarantee you that if he treated me like complete dirt, I am not the only person he has singled out and mistreated. I expect something to be done about this and he should be made to answer to this in the very near future. As a company London Drugs should invest in some kind of people skills training for their management. All of the other staff there have been pleasant to deal with, but not this troglodyte.
