I GIVE A RATING OF ZERO, BECAUSE THEY HAVE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's been a week since I have received my new card, every time I call in I am on hold for more than an hour and then they give me a different number to call and its the same! I JUST WANTED TO USE THE TAP ON THE CARD WHICH DOES NOT WORK THAT'S WHY I ASKED FOR A NEW CARD!!

WHY IS YOUR SERVICE SO BAD????

I WILL NO LONGER USE THIS CREDIT CARD.

SO FRUSTRATING! WHY DO I HAVE TO SPEND AN HOUR EVERYDAY TO CALL YOUR LINES!

I can't believe that no matter how much I try to get to talk to head office over being sent a bill stating I owe interest on a bill that was paid in full before the due date and ehen I called ti find out why I was told it was because I paid the bill in 2 increments both being before the due date so why was I being charged. The lady I spoke to said that I got charged the interest because even though I made 2 payments before the due date it is the way it works and the interest stands and hung up. So now I am supposed to pay that interest. Well I am taking this as far as I have to go and I have already sent the information to marketplace (CBC) and taking it to the corporate affairs as PC Financial head office is impossible to reach as they don't seem to want to talk to us and I am now figuring out that they must be getting to many calks from customers being ripped off. It was much interest but it is the principal. If I don't pay the interest I don't owe they will ruin my name by reporting it to the credit bureau. Time They started allowing us customers with complaints about how complaints aren't being handled properly. Now I will tell you that all they are charging me for interest is $1.91 which I actually was sent in the mail to boot. I am doing this because of the principal of the matter. I guess PC Financial must be going broke and needs to rip off people to stay afloat

Called NUMEROUS times, different times in the day.. well over an hour on hold..NO ANSWER.. how is this even possible! My account was hacked, locked out, sent new card that won’t activate but heh...you missed your pmt email from them..OMG. Cancelling services once I get this fixed..AWFUL

Too bad I couldn't select no stars my card was compromised I phone them when my new card came in to register it I had three Hang-Ups and it cost me about 3 hours of my time. The people that handle your technical support need to be retrained. When somebody compromises your card somebody should be there to answer it immediately as quick as the text saying that you send your account has been compromised. For all that money you make you think you could hire the right kind of stuff to make the right kind of decisions. Just about ready to cut your card in half to see I'm done with you. Thanks for your crappy service your crappy phone support and your crappy issue reporting overall. Do you think I might be mad?????????

I have had good results for the past early 20 years, but lately it has been impossible to access my account and. It always tells me to reset my password. When I did it said matched but then it doesn’t take it. I am so tired of “rest password”. I am about to tell them to keep their card!!!

Please stay away from this card! Customer service is horrible every time I called I was given different information ,declining receiving my email and documents.Supervisor is never available and even when you leave phone number they never call back And it’s true they hung up on you in the middle of conversation!

I would like to give a 0 rating. Worst credit card in the world. They kept my $6000 for almost 4 months and gave me a bad credit rating. They did not respond to 2 letters i wrote. You have to wait 3 hours on the phone to get a live person and then they hang up on you. When i disputed a couple of fraudulent items they cancelled my card and did not issue me a new one and blocked online access to my account and stopped mailing statements. Try Canadian Tire Mastercard instead. Galen Weston i am suing and i hope you come to court and explain.
