I am from the US and was incredibly impressed with the help I recieved at the: 1151 10th Ave SW, Unit #101

Salmon Arm, BC

I had a stroke and are recovering, effecting my balance and walking. I felt no judgement, was given offered help, and Sherri in beauty, was amazing!

She was able to help find what I needed, had excellent customer service, and I hope she gets recognized for her great work ethic, product knowledge and friendly personality. Sherri you rock!

They consistently 'mess up' the one and only script I have. APOTEX brand zopiclone. They tried to give some knock off brand and I had an allergic reaction. No apology, nothing but making me wait to give me what I asked for. It is is in my file allergy to anything, BUT apotex brand. They give me another brand. Shoppers Drug mart is giving counterfeit pills.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the services provided by Shoppers Drug Mart, particularly with regard to a recent purchase I made.

On July 23, 2023, I visited one of your stores and purchased a prepaid MasterCard. However, upon attempting to use the card, it did not register in the system. Concerned about the issue, I immediately returned to the store to seek assistance. The staff at the store assured me that everything was fine on their end, and the card should be working correctly.

Despite their assurances, I still encountered problems while trying to use the card. To resolve the matter, I contacted Master Card's customer support, and they informed me that the funds were not available on the card and that Shoppers Drug Mart needed to activate it. Frustrated with the situation, I made my way back to the store to address the issue with the manager.

The store manager explained that the system had suspended the amount and that I would have to wait for 24 hours before the card would become active. This experience has been immensely frustrating for me as I run a small online business. Due to the unreliable activation process of the prepaid card, I lost a good number of hours of valuable time that could have been spent productively, purchasing items for my business to resell.

As a loyal customer, I had expected a smooth and efficient experience while making a purchase at Shoppers Drug Mart. However, this unfortunate incident has left me completely dissatisfied with the level of service provided. The lack of coordination between Shoppers Drug Mart and Master Card's customer support has resulted in significant inconvenience and financial loss for me.

At the time of typing this, it has been more than 24 hours since the purchase, but still, the system shows that I am unable to register the card.

Just because of your system, I have lost a good amount of working hours.

I called Customer Service to ask that a $10 Bonus Card be reissued to me because the expiry date had passed. I was told that because the date of expiry was a week or 2 past, Shoppers could not validate it. I explained that I overlooked spending it on the date, I am 83 years old, shopped faithfully at their store during Covid because I was treated so well as a senior, and now this happens. I cannot understand why I as a loyal customer I have been treated as just another complainer.

As a fellow business owner...don't bother trying to get in touch with anyone at their headquarters unless you enjoy going around in circles. Absolutely no way to get in touch with headquarters for business purposes. Only if you want a job with them do they provide contact information. Who would????

Don't get your meds from the Shoppers Drug Mart in Innisfil (Alcona) since it seems like that everybody that works in the pharmacy there has their heads up their own asses. I have been having problems with this pharmacy on and off for the last 12 years or so when I found out that I had diabetes, with them taking nearly 2 weeks to refill my prescriptions or only delivering one or two of my prescriptions when I had 3 or more prescriptions refilled. The latest fuck up by them was last week and today, they faxed my doctor's office for refills on 3 prescriptions and my doctor's office sent all 3 refills prescriptions back on May 2nd but the pharmacy only refilled 2 of the prescriptions and had them delivered. So I called them to find out where the 3rd prescription was, to be told that they didn't get it refilled from my doctor's office and they will refax it to the doctor's office. I called my doctor's office this morning and they told me that they faxed the refills for all 3 prescriptions back to this pharmacy on May 2nd, so I thanked the doctor's office and called this pharmacy to have the person that answered the phone start arguing with me before she put me on hold and went to look at the fax that they got from my doctor's office last week. It seems like they like to argue with their customers more then doing their jobs properly, like if I order my refills on a Saturday and go in a week later to pick them up then they should have them ready instead of telling me that they are missing some because it's not coming in until the following Wednesday. And they should have their information correct before telling a customer something, one of their pharmacy staff told me that one of the insulins that I use was on back order so I called another pharmacy in town to see if they had any in stock which they did. So I tried to have the other pharmacy deliver the insulin that I needed, and they faxed Shoppers Drug Mart to get my prescription information from them. No more then five minutes after I got off the phone with the other pharmacy, a person from Shoppers Drug Mart's pharmacy calls me to say that they have the insulin that I need in stock and they can deliver it on the next business day.

Just left shoppers at London east. When I went to pay I was told I had to go to self service checkout but they would do it for me. It’s not that I don’t know how to use self service I just don’t want to. What happened to customer service????? Prices go up and customer service goes down!!!! Very sad. Will definitely be shopping elsewhere.

used the self checkout and redeemed 20 k points but the machine took the points but still charged me the full amount . I drove back to the store. They told me i had to call head office. I drove back home and here I am on hold waiting .....unbelievable .....if i could leave zero stars i would have.

Was at a Shoppers in Perth Ont and witnessed a “bigwig” degrade an employee in front of me. The employee was just trying to make my experience great but instead she embarrassed the employee and myself. She was not respectable at all!! I actually called the employee and told her I was sorry for the way she was treated from head office!!
