What a shambles of an organization! A simple request to transfer a number has taken months to complete and hours on the phone listening to the most insipid music in etherland.

Now, the account we closed over a month ago has now reappeared on my bill. After another two hours on the phone, being bounced up two tiers, I was told that even though I had confirmation from Telus that the account was closed that the charge was correct.

I give Telus a 0 star review as the way i have been treated during the course of the last 2 months. I have been lied too, hung up on. I have tried now a total of 67 times to make payment arrangements with them in regards to my old cell phone bill. They have tried to say that my cell phone was not stolen even though I reported right away. They then tried to tell me that I wanted my phone stolen. You guys have proven to me that you are not a company that actually cares about people.
