Telus is run with no customer service at all can’t get a person that has a clue have been transferred to 5 different departments on hold between each transfer for more than a hour thanks for nothing. Had to give one star because it won’t let it be less than that should be-5

I have asked that telus to stop calling my phone to offer services for the last two years and they continue to harass me. I will not support a company that does not support the Canadian Oil and Gas industry because the oil and gas industry is how I feed my family.
TELUS is not worth your money. Terrible customer service, especially for business.
Telus is the moderator of Facebook Bulgaria. As such it promotes Pro-Putin, Pro-Genocide against Ukraine, and Pro-Russian views in Bulgaria. Posts in Bulgarian that criticize Putin, Russia, and the Russian war are banned and the people posting them have been punished for speaking against the Russian war. Such an extreme censure is the Face of Telus in Bulgaria! A dark stain on you!
Telus really needs to redesign their online payment form and REMOVE THE PRE CHECKED OFF BOX TO SET UP PRE-AUTHORIZED PAYMENTS.
If they think this is making navigation simpler for people I seriously take this as dumbing us down. Every time I make a one time payment i have to UNCLICK the pre-authorized payment box. Totally unnecessary and slimy.
Terrible CSR!! Don’t honor their contract but if you break it the penalize you and destroy your credit rating. Past 6 wks internet down 3 times same excuse. And they expect you to wait days for technical service!! Seems they only care about profit and pushing propaganda to the public!
PATHETIC. We have been trying to reconnect internet since 1May 2023...23 days later I am sitting infront of my second handheld phone after 2.5hrs, ringing at Technical Services for the last 18 minutes. This is the closest I have gotten to reconnecting a modem after 3 attempts this morning in which I was shunted around, and disconnected twice. Surely this has to be the height of incompetence???

Absolute worst service ever. Been chasing service calls for a line drop and connection since September. Always get told a different time and date and no one shows up.. escalated the issues to a manager and still got lied to with time and date. No kne can give me a staight answer. Absolutely ridiculous for such a big company. Still waiting apparently till the 19th of this month.. i bet we still wont get service that day either. Ugh
