I wish that I had read the reviews first. I strongly suggest that consumers avoid The Brick and Leon's. Once they have your money look out. My delivery experience was horrific. A guy on the delivery truck was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife and I, as was the manager with whom I discussed my issues with. Never again. Please try to support a local business who cares about your purchase experience.

I had the worst experience ever, I purchase a refrigerator last Saturday and it was delivered to us Wednesday night. The refrigerator stop working Friday night I called back to the store and they say the can't help me and gave me the number to warranty department. What kind of customer service is this. For only 2 days after I receive the products it stop working and they say they can't help me. I have over $200 worth of food that is going bad. They say they can do an exchange for me but have no idea when they can delivery it. I have to pay a mover $250 tomorrow to pick up my non-working new refrigerator and pick up the new one from their distribution center and they are not going to reimburse me for it. So on top of paying for the refrigerator now I need to pay out of pocket $250 to have it bring back their DOA and pick up another one. Will I ever purchase anything else again from the Bricks or refer someone what do you think! No way to treat a customer that way after 3 days.

My experience with The Brick has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others about their unethical practices. Around 8 months ago, I made the regrettable decision to purchase a sofa and a love seat from The Brick, along with an extended warranty that I believed would protect my investment. Little did I know that this purchase would lead to immense frustration and disappointment.



Within a mere 8 months of regular use, the sofa's cushions have completely lost their shape, leaving me with uncomfortable and sagging furniture. It's astonishing to see how quickly the quality has deteriorated, especially considering the amount I paid for these pieces.



The breaking point came when I decided to reach out to The Brick's customer service regarding my concerns. To my shock, they dismissed my warranty claim by attributing the issue to "normal wear and tear," a conveniently vague excuse that allows them to avoid fulfilling their promises. This is in direct contradiction to what their sales representative had assured me at the time of purchase – that the extended warranty would cover any issues that might arise.



Moreover, during the sale, the sales representative had confidently assured me that if I encountered any discomfort with the furniture, I could easily return it. It's clear that their sales tactics are nothing but lies meant to lure customers into making a purchase.



The sense of being cheated and deceived by The Brick is overwhelming. The extended warranty that I invested in has proven to be utterly worthless, and their refusal to stand by their commitment has shattered any trust I had in their brand.



I want to make it abundantly clear that I will never buy furniture from The Brick again. I am also determined to discourage others from making the same mistake. Their customer service is atrocious, their operation manager's response was utterly disappointing, and their sales team's behavior can only be described as deceitful. This whole experience has left me deeply disillusioned and regretful.



In conclusion, I urge anyone considering buying furniture from The Brick to think twice. My encounter with this company has left me feeling cheated, manipulated, and thoroughly dissatisfied. I will not only steer clear of The Brick for the rest of my life, but I will also actively discourage anyone I know from making the same mistake. Do yourself a favor and avoid The Brick at all costs – they don't deserve your hard-earned money or your trust.

Exceptionally poor customer service! No response to call or letter of complaint! Apparently repeat business is not important to The Brick! Will certainly be taking business elsewhere and warning friends, family and coworkers not to deal there! Hoping that we’ll just go away… 😎

Horrible in every way, what to say! I was told by Manager in Vancouver not to shop in the Brick because I asked to do exchange chairs are to small.

DO NOT SHOP AT THE BRICK!!!! Bought all my furniture from there and have been a great customer and advocate for the Brick until now!!! Bought a sectional couch and in only a year once I took it apart to clean noted several things wrong including rips , fell apart in one spot where the backing totally came off which was the original reason filled warrenty claim!!! I BOUGHT 5 yr warrenty and was denied for a couch that is 1yr old and spent almost $4000 on this piece of crap!!! I plan on posting the damages and horrible review AND DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THE BRICK!!!! TWIDDER, INSTAGRAM ETC!!! I plan on going to every outlet to complain and will never shop @Thebrick ever again!! Customer service is horrible and it took me over a month to even have someone abswer the phone in their warrenty dept!!!! Reason they refused?? Each and every issue had to be reported within 14 days???? What if you did not even know it was torn until i took it apart to steam clean????? Very very poor first a lumpy sofa now a run around about my money. Said they mailed a cheque then they said they put it back on my MC but I never had to go in to the store for that….hmmmmm

Very,very bad customer service was good at the start. I

We purchased a power recliner,boxspring,mattress and head board and frame and a couch. I asked if they would put it together for me they said yes so we went ahead and purchased all this. They said delivery would be August10 2022 they came but no headboard or frame…hmmm said it would be here Saturday. So today is Saturday got a call and they said no we don’t put it together 😡 I said nope I don’t want it then. My couch is all wonky at the back big lumps yes I have pics. And my husband that has multiple joint failure has had a knee,shoulder and hip replacement and waiting to get the other hip and knee done in so much pain has to sleep on the floor with a boxspring and mattress. This hurts him every time he has to get up and down. This is the worse thing ever,no one should have to go through this. I’m thinking I’m may take this up with a TV station I’ve already put it on Facebook with pics and other social media places. They are bad,ungrateful people that take advantage of other people. They are horrible people

So,so bad. We bought a couch and it came with lumps in the back I have pics of it. The they said yes we set everything up bull our bed came and but not the head board and frame then when they called for it to be delivered I asked you will put it together right they said no. So now my 73 year old husband has a box spring and mattress on the floor he has trouble getting in and out of. He has had a shoulder,knee and hip replacement and needs his knees done again and a hip replacement again,he has multiple joint failure. They are the worse I have ever,ever dealt with. I’m going to BBB and reporting them I have put it on social media The Who,e story with the pics. And I’m going to TV news as well.

I have bought the mattress $800 + $100 mattress cover for stains (which bricks offer store warranty for extra 6 months) + $100 Box and $50 (total cost me with taxes $1171.37.



The mattress has worst quality the mattress is sagging and the body indentation is more then 2- 3 inches. I have contact brick within a year bricks have directed me a complicated claim process.



I have finally after 6 month to completed the process. i have spend one hours all the pictures' receipts submitted Within 1.5 year of purchase date.



After doing this hard exercise. A transportation global They have refused my claim by saying your mattress got some water stains. We do not cover the warranty if mattress has stain which their stain protects unable the mattress from stain .

I have explained everything to claim offer which all online. they don't even bother to come and inspect the mattress.



Just said cover and mattress is 2 different manufactures.



mattress manufacture would not cover warranty if the mattress has stain on it.
