I live in Gatineau Qc, and go to the Tim Horton's in Le Plateau. I was there yesterday, very disgusted with the lack of cleanliness. The counters where the sandwiches were made were filthy, one employee scratched her head with her fingers before preparing an order. When i finally got my order, the girl practically threw it at me, because i was complaining about the lack of cleanliness. Very poor service. Will not be going there again.

I think it's time for you to send out a store wide memo reminding staff to make sure they give people their change and not to assume they are to keep it, regardless of how little it may be. I am tired of having to ask for it after the recent price increase. There are a couple stores in Niagara Falls this has happened to me, on more than one occasion, that i will not patronize any longer because of it. It has been the topic of conversation between myself and some friends.. not just Time Hortons but other restaurants and even convenience stores..

Just want to give a big thanks to the morning manager Deb at Tim Hortons 113 Bowes St Parry Sound. Went out of her way to make me feel at home and help me out in a jamb. Will be going back regularly to support her and her team!

Wow, that’s what happens when a Canadian owner sells to an American Burger King. It appears that’s the norm in business with Canadian owners selling to them. So, I refuse to ever use Timmy’s again. Especially Stony Plain latest newer version. First off the owner is Ian. Supervisor is so overwhelmed can’t even help me. Door has been disgustingly ugly for 7 months. You see that and you’re pondering why? Every time I use the Mobil app. They delete it. I’m tired of wasting my time with you BK and franchises. I can make my own coffee and save me money, and I will. New staff and turnover weekly because who the hey wants to deal with human beings. Pretty soon in about 5 years you will put in AI anyways. I won’t support that with anyone. GOODBYE!

Yesterday around 2:30pm I went into the Tim Hortons in Erin Ontario. Not only did I wait 35 minutes to make my order. I watched the staff member preparing the food touch her nose, clothes, went to the back room to get napkins with her gloves on. Not removing the gloves or washing her hands once. When I asked her to take her gloves off and wash her hands she did not understand. I repeated myself a couple of times. She went to the back room I am not sure if she washed or not but came out and put new gloves on. I am very disappointed in the service. I will not be giving that Tim Hortons or maybe any Tim Hortons my business again. NOT GOOD TIM HORTON. If I could give the rating a -10 i would.

I was just at your location in Stonewall Mb and the service was non existent. I waited at the counter for a few minutes and was not served. Meanwhile employees were standing around. I was frustrated and left. I will never drink another Tim Horton coffee again.

When the donuts were baked fresh in the stores, it was a lot better.. the donuts now are dry . I worked for Tim Hortons for 8 years and loved every minute of it. The staff are friendly and the customers always made my day.. Another complaint ? The coffee . I used to love it, drinking 4 extra large a day.. But around 2006 or 2007, the coffee changed and I no longer liked the taste of it..occasionally, I will get one for old time's sake, because I miss it, I drink it but it's not the same. These days my husband and I only drink the steeped tea . I would love to work at Timmy's again, but my health forced me to retire.. I really miss it. The best store? Tim Horton's Smithville !!

I went to 70 aberdeen street in Kentville this morning at 810am and i got into a heated arguement with an old lady that works in the mornings. I took out my virtual wallet app that has the tims scan and pay QR code and let the young guy scan it then the old lady came and got pissed because it was wrong and she was being extremely rude about how i was about my card working at every other place but not this one. she said that the one my mother had worked but this was wrong. she was very rude and I will be calling the manager on her. I suggest not going to the kentville tim hortons in the mornings.

The service time is 10 to 15 min to get a medium black coffee at your Iroquois and trafalgar location. Staff is awful doesn't speak English, lazy, look like they don't even wash their uniforms, they look like " Bums from the street " place is filth. For a franchise it is disgrace and is truly pathetic ⚠️ Warning,Food is so shity please don't eat it, toss it in the garbage for your own health safety .They are lowest of low scum.
