Signed up with Virgin in December. Had been with them previously and was able to have my monthly payment automatically withdrawn from my chewing account . Was setup the same way this time or as I thought but the Bank would not authorize payment. I speaking to person at kiosk at Zehra’s Niagara Falls he said they don’t do this for security reasons. When I signed up all the necessary information was given to activate automatic withdrawal. Was told to go to the bank and set it up with them. Asked for him to check to see if it had actually been set up and I observed him quickly scroll though and was told to go to the bank to take care of this. I tend to use my hands when speaking and was told to not point at him- twice was told this— which I was not doing. In continuing to question this issue he totally ignored me and got up and walked away. I got the impression that as I was not of his ethnic background that I was not worth his time. As soon as this plan of 12 months is completed I will not renew with Virgin.

Also there was a long distance charge to Texas applied to my bill . I never called there and don’t know anyone in the USA. Never did I ever have an issue in all the 8 years I was with Virgin. Under the circumstances as I said I will not renew once this plan is up.

Extremely disgruntled customer and will not refer anyone to you.
