I had a charge of 11 29 on my visa after I had cancelled it before prime trial was up after calling the call center was told that as I bought something and had it sent to there address and there visa was removed that Amazon just put on my visa without permissiom Isn't this called fraud and call center wont remove

Lately I had to return almost everything I bought because of problem with price not as listed, quality or packaging was damaged.

No stars for this one. All phone numbers are customer service numbers that depend on who gets the call. The one I talked to two reps and they are in Rio. No Canadian numbers, absolutely NO corporate numbers for their offices. Got two orders in a row undelivered and all they could offer me was a refund and suggested in go to a local store for the items. What the hell is going on here. Had this account for years and years. Now they have foreigners on the customer support that can barely speak English and almost not understandable. Amazon has turned into a terrible company and if it wasn't so terrible then where is the damn Canadian Corporate Ontario phone number? Every single number posted for Amazon is customer service call centers, period.

Twice in the last 3 weeks my Order was Delivered to another Building in my neighbourhood; although the Picture of the Area in that Building may show it is a Concierge Office; ironically the same Building on both occasions. Twice tonight why trying to contact Amazon Customer Service, WHICH IS IN THE PHILLIPINES, Amazon's way of getting rid of Staff in Canada / USA, and using a Call Centre Overseas; which is Cheaper. For those of you reading this in 2025, we are also now being treated to the Unmitigated Joy (NOT) of enduring listening to a 'BOT' - yet another group of People in Canada / USA that were let go too. First person tonight advised Her "System was Down" and would I call back in 2 Minutes. I did and the Phone went Dead after I had just started to speak. If there was ever a way for Amazon Canada to exacerbate an Issue even more-so, which has Disappointed a 'Valued Customer', Amazon takes the prize.... Last night the Deliver another Order to me, which was to be a Forest Green T-Shirt, and this was also noted on the Packing Slip inside the Package, but I received a Short-Sleeved, Grey-White Checked Gingham-Looking Shirt... I should be ashamed Buying from an American Company any way; given the way America is treating Canada to begin with.... Me Bad.... Yes, Amazon "Is Too Big To Fail" and Their Indifference to the disgraceful Customer Service They offer, shows they Value Customers $'s and NOT their Patronage. Well, Amazon has lost another Prime Customer....

I called on December 31, 2023, at 4:40pm EST and spoke to a supervisor who identified herself as Jen. What I was attempting to get was a firm delivery dateafter 4 days of rescheduling. Jen proceeded to go into a long-winded dissertation not really addressing my question or need for information. When she finished, I started to ask her a question, she then rudely interrupted me telling me there was no more to discuss and abruptly hung up the phone. The entire time on the phone with Jen I calmly explained my issue, never raised my voice, never made threats, and never used foul language. While Jen spoke, I never once interrupted her.



This incident in the simplest of terms I can put it is unbecoming of Amazon’s stellar customer service and Jen shows no respect to her, or Amazons, customers. GOD help the staff she oversees.

They keep charging me for my late husbands account I am the widow living now on a fixed income. and they will not cancel it. They tell me he has too, so you tell me how a dead man it suppose to cancel their account . Wow they must be that hard up for money that they need to take from a dead man. I will not give them a rating as there is not one low enough to give., they only have this rating because you can not submit without one

I am absolutely appalled with the way Amazon operates, I have NEVER left a bad review before but they warrant one. "No procedure" is the answer to any new circumstance - mostly because they don't care or want to find progressive solutions. For such a developed company, I am horrified at their unwillingness - terrible service, terrible culture.

I would give no stars if i could. Amazon ir purolator lost my tv i returned. I tried speaking to customer service. The representative offered a refund and then said they couldn't issue a refund as it hasn't arrived at thier warehouse. Bull! It doesn't take a month to get from alberta to ontario. Amazon lost the tv i returned they dont want to admit it. So now im out the money.
