Not suffient
TD refused to accept a bank draft from our lawyer to close a house purchase. Due to this refusal, the transaction could not proceed as scheduled, resulting in penalties and fees. The draft was issued according to standard legal and banking protocols. They refused to call my bank to verify the draft. Absolutely no care or help was given from the assistant bank manager. Seems like he was on a power trip being left in charge for the day. Horrible display of customer service and a huge amount of incompetency. Imagine the frustration and disappointment.
They are bad people. Do not bring any business to TD anywhere and everywhere. Any excuse to mess someone up and then never calllng them back.
If your old any sold your house...do not have the money wired to TD, ther about 10 atm lock out persons working there and uses that ability to shakedown high value assets. At one point 3 TD persons were calling me in the branch so as to unlock my bank card...SCAMMER ALERT.
Having issues with them regarding a returned check from a reputable Insurance company. No explanation given except that it must be NSF, which is completely ridiculous. I even had the company deposit the amount owing to me by direct deposit, and the bank has rejected that also. Numerous emales and phone calls have resulted in nothing being done about it. Trying to reach someone who might actually know what they're doing, seems to be impossible.
TD does not answer the phone. Why provide a phone number when there is never anyone to respond? The wait times volunteered by the service are apparently random because they have not picked up in the two days that I have tried to resolve an issue with EasyWeb.
we have such a worst experience . TD called themselves best bank in Canada with zero customer value . this what happen when they become bigger company and they don't care about there customers . Employees don't have coordination with earch other that cause us lot of problems because there employee just shuffling our files one to another and missing all information that we need to provide them again and again and cause a lot. everyone see how big banks take care for there customer how being with them from last 5 years. bullshit
I called the customer service about my Debit VISA Card to clarify why it doesn't work and they did not give me clear answer . So, I decided to go to Queenstone rd branch in Hamilton to clarify about that issues and to withdraw cash money , but the employee refused to give me even though I showed to him my ID , but he asked me to call the customer services . , I'm wondering who gave him THAT the authority to denying rights to get my money .
