Amazon Prime is a rip off. I have been trying to cancel my membership to Prime for a year! I have had 3 cancelatuon confirmations, but AMAZON PRIME continues to take payments! Countless hours on hold, online and they are horrible, just interested in signing u up! They owe me a years back pay. A service i never used once! Horrible customer service! I am going yo make a claim against them and make sure it is public, so everyone know how bad AMAZON PRIME treats people!

Very poor review from me unfortunately.. I have been a Amazon customer for quite some years now. I unfortunately had a Amazon .com Acct some how and I guess tried to order something from the American site Upon ordering I couldn’t find my money in my Acct but figured they would figure it out. Now getting emails telling me payment declined didn’t understand went to my Acct no money and nothing shipped so I phone Amazon speak to a representative and she tells me I have American Acct and Canadian Acct under same email I tell her I don’t want American Acct so she sends me link to delete it



WELL TO MY DISMAY IT DELETED MY CANADIAN ACCT TOO WITH 100s of dollars in my Amazon Acct purchased movies music and over 4000;pictures uploaded to there because of email selling pic back up to me!!



NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THEY CANT RECOVER ANYTHING AND ITS ALL GONE I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH AMAZON BY EMAIL NOW FOR WEEKS AND AM DEVISTATED MY HARD EARNED MONEY IS JUS GONE LET ALONE EVERY THING ELSE!! HELP IM FURIOUS FRUSTRATED SAD MAD I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO

Very disillusioned how sellers are handled in 2 departments Life Safety and Feedback. Protocol is to send emails for issues relating to product approvals and customer wrongful reviews. No body in either department reads the emails. Basically you are ignored. The A to Z policy does not apply for sellers.

When I asked to speak with a manager on the phone, a fellow with an East Indian accent named Cornel in customer service hung up the phone in my ear at 9:56 am, May 14, 2021. He DID say he would connect me to a manager but he hung up on me instead after I waited on hold for more than 5 minutes.



I was calling Amazon.ca from Calgary, Alberta. I attempted to cancel an order by contacting the seller. I wrote a note stating why I was cancelling my order. The seller shipped the item anyway. You should be able to find my message in Contact the Seller. I later read on your website, that there is an Online Return Centre.



I told the customer service person that the order was not expected to arrive until May 25th, ten days from now. He said he would NOT cancel the order and then hung up on me.

I am writing on behalf of all the Amazon customers in the South Country region of the East Kootenays in British Columbia. Until a few months ago we all had our packaged delivered to our rural communities until Amazon started using a carrier called BNI. This carrier boldly lies about delivering packages to our homes then dumps them in another town. Some people are forced to drive 70 Km or more to get their packages. Amazon has done nothing to correct this and we are all fed up. Many elderly people that don't highway drive are now having to rely on neighbours to pick up packages that Amazon has been contracted to deliver to their home. What must we do to get this carriers to do their job? Amazon customer service has in 3 month not done anything to fix this.

I love Amazon! I don’t like receiving damaged and broken packages several times per week in the Niagara Region. Get it together Amazon! Or use some of your own spy cams and see what is going on! A year of regular packages and someone has kicked the shot out of them.

I am giving one star because of Amazon's customer support...there is none...guess they are afraid of getting coronavirus through a call...it's the excuses every time now. I am a customer for the long time...since I have panic attacks and anxiety I dont go out of my house. Every thing comes home to me. I don't even do many returns...this last 2 months problems started. Can't even contact customer support. They have a drop menu nice and dundee but sometimes we need to talk to someone. They took money of my visa after I made a returned. I am canceling my subscription. I don't mind to wait longer for my parcels, I will buy somewhere else. What else for me to do? I have nothing else to do anyway. I am sure I am not the only one with amazon issues. Honestly Don't know anyone who likes to be robbed...from now on no PayPal no business. Don't give your visa to companies that claim to be honest. They should pay more attention when hiring, because our post office may be slow but amazon is having issues with receiving department. this is my 2nd time in 2 months I have enough. I am sad to go but this things mess up my head.
