Terrible service. I activated my SIM card on Sunday and today is wed and I still cannot receive any calls or text. They have raised a ticket and the issue still haven’t not been fixed. Terrible customer services. I’m very disappointed with freedom and definitely will not recommend freedom to anyone.

This service is the ultimate worse. Since deactivating with Fido, my calls drop all the time. I changed the SIM card 3xs now.

In addition, paid the prepaid year plan, only to find out how they scam you out of your $. Not only can i not receive incoming calls, someone else shares the #????

worst provider ever.3rd phpne on my contract because it wo t charge again.telling me to spend 175 again on another phone .then go to the kiosk at Londonderry mall.an manager is not reqdy to openn at 12 an tells me to get away from her kiosk an then refuses to give me my accou t number ao i can switch providere

I am a Freedom mobile customer from 26th December,2020 onwards. When I heard about an attractive offer of a 55 $ plan with iPhone11 and 20 GB net for a 24 months contract, I ported from Bell (40$ plan) to Freedom on 26th December, from your outlet located at 3225 Eglinton Avenue East, Markington, Scarborough. I didn't get an iPhone on the same day as it was out of stock and they told me it will come on 29th december. Till now I haven't received the phone and it is still out of stock.





I called several times to Freedom customer care(611) and different showrooms located in Scarborough to ask for the iPhone 11 availability but I didn't get any positive response yet. And now they are telling, the offers are expired and telling to continue with the 20 GB plan for 55 $ without any phone or to change to the other plans.



Now, I feel trapped by Freedom Mobile and received a bill of 109.19 $ including 30 $ of connection fee.

Freedom tried to switch my number over and they were UNABLe to I then went elsewhere because each time I called they couldn’t give me info other then hang up on me. Now they are stealing money off my card and each time I call they hang up on me after telling me I am not a customer please don’t sign up with them

I have recently had 2 horrible experiences with your store in Windsor Ontario at the Devonshire Mall. Rude, unhelpful and today threatening behaviour. I was so afraid, I was ready to call the police. This is not acceptable for any type of business. I am sorry that you never reprimanded anyone after the first episode because now it has escalated and since they know my home address, I must be afraid in my home. I would like to speak to someone with some kind of authority.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought a brand new Pixel 4a from Krina at this store. I was promised by her that she would give me a free phone case and that she would call me to tell me when to pick it up (within 3 days is what I was told I would hear from her). Having promised the case I did not buy a screen protector or the insurance.



I received no call from Krina for over 2 weeks after which I decided to visit the store personally. Still no case was given nor any apology issued for the inconvenience caused to me. Couple of days ago, my phone fell and the screen cracked. The store is denying any help. I have to bear a $500 loss. Karina washed her hands off the issue. I wanted to escalate the issue. No manager is wanting to come forward to talk to me. Poor job Freedom!
