Most frustrating airline experiences ever .No service at all.

3 cancelled flights ,they redirect your flight 3-4 days later to a different town a hr. away. Try to get hold of someone 3 times, waited between 1.5-2 hrs each time . Profit before people

On Monday, June 19th 2023 we had problems on our return flight booked by Expedia. Our Norwegian phones were not working and a truly kind, exceptional employee at check in, Ananika, helped us by making the calls and patiently trying to work with Expedia. We are so thankful to her, and her supervisor. WestJet was fabulous! (We will not be using Expedia again)

Westjet happy to take your money. Then cancel flights prior to strike date; and STILL wont refund money! Soent over $800 on flight with zero to show for it. THANKS WESTJET

Had flights cancelled and rebooked and now my all 4 baggage's are missing. I am a patient and i have not had my medicines its been 4 days as I came to visit my daughter and grand son. I bought all my medications for a year as I came in Super visa. Called all the number for the update of my baggage and no response. Poor service.

I am giving 1 star because there is no “-“ (minus). These people are willing to do absolutely nothing for costumers. I bought flights to Europe and plan on taking my pet with me. I called 2wks prior to see what I needed to do in advance because this is the first time doing this. They informed me that all I needed to do was buy a ticket and then call back with the reservation# to make a booking for my pet. Well than, that is what is did, I bought tickets and than call to book a spot for my pet. Their answer we can not book flight for your pet. I tried explaining to them that all I needed was to get my pet to Toronto, after that the other airline company had already said that I would just have to check my pet in again. But these guys are not willing to help what so ever. I will never fly westjet again, I rather take a bus or train.

Taxiing to runway until westjet called the aitcraft back to put some of their owm employee on the flight, making The PAYING CUSTOMERS over an hour late! This is bullshit as well as shouldn't be allowed! Canadians should stop using westjet for 6 months to bankrupt the company to get rid of the mess ! A new airline will fill the void

The service is nothing short of disgusting. My husband was supposed to fly from edmonton to kelowna on a friday eve - excuse after excuse and delay after delay until it was cancelled. How can you not know that the pilot you're sending for a flight has "timed out". My husband was put on the next available flight which happened to be saturday at 2pm. Shock of all shocks that flight is also delayed. Entire weekend ruined!!

Get your stuff together westjet. I've given you one star because there is no option for a negative star and apparently you want at least one star

Over the last year we have had several long waits and delays with WestJet ranging from 4 hrs to cancelation and no rebooking. I submitted my claims as per the guidelines and all 5 were rejected with the same comment "beyond our control." No other explanation. I tried following up but no response. The volume of legitimate service complaints that I have heard is growing and I feel lost as to any real recourse we have as customers...short of court action.

I had a flight booked with a sistering company with WJ and my flight was delayed by over 9 hours due to a shortage of staff on WJ account. I've been denied any form of compensation and the sistering company won't help either. Customer Service doesn't exist and the customers are nothing... So disappointed!!!!
