My rating is a ZERO. I have had no help in three days trying to access my account. I have repeatedly stated I do not have an access code nor do I have a recovery code. It seems since I do not have those nor can I find them, Shopify has stuck its heads in the sand. No help dealing with the issue except to send me the same basic email from various people asking me the same question that I keep repeating the answer to. Whatever happened to actually speaking to their clients who PAY to sell on their platform? The number they list is not in service.
Useless customer service - they outsourced everything and it takes days and days to get anything fixed
