Crappiest experience,first time use last time use.if i could go neg stars i would.5-10 business days to refund the drivers mistake.the purchase was $85.92 and the driver i guess cant tell the difference between 2 sandwiches and 2 pizzas.I want my money back now.UNACCEPTABLE💩

I did not receive this ORDER #655890931 Nov 4, 2024. I'm 58 years old and have ordered alcohol from skip in the past many times with no problems with or without ID. The driver asked for my ID which I didn’t have on me. It was in my wife’s vehicle, and she was not home. Anyway, he said he could not give me the alcohol, which I understand. He walked away with the bottle ORDER #65589093. I did not receive it. My visa was billed $53.48. I contacted Chat and they investigated the matter. They said the driver (Jafar) delivered the bottle to me. I didn’t have my ID. The driver is lying. This is 100% fraud. The driver didn’t know he was on house surveillance, and it clearly shows him walking back to his car with the bottle in his right hand!! This is fraud and have started a report with the Edmonton Police service and contacted my bank letting them know about this fraud from a skip driver named Jafar. I attach pictures that are time stamped with the driver clearly walking up to deliver the product and him walking away with the product in his right hand. I also supply a picture of the charge on my visa card. Also NO picture on the website from Jafar of the product being left at the house. Because he took it back with him. I forwarded this Police and my bank is investigating. Skip has not returned any of my emails as of Nov 07, 2024 lol. No worries I will let the police and my bank deal with them. This is Crazy.

Worst customer service ever, my orders get screwed up and because i have asked for refund one to many times, they no longer can give me one. that is BS.

I work hard for my money and when i order something i want the correct things.

Awefull will be taking my business elsewhere

Never again will I use Skip the Dishes. Just order food from the actual restaurant anyway. Who needs a middle man. Courier stated they delivered the food, there was no delivery made. Customer service chat for Skip was horrendous and kept ending chat stating I have made to many requests for a refund. I have never made any requests until today! Don't use skip the dishes.

If I could give a company negative ten as a review you would get it I’ve had pretty much every single time I’ve ordered skip a mistake or failed to delivery I’m so sick of it and the customer services “can’t refund your account cuz it’s had too many refunds” welll maybe if u actually had drivers read directions and maybe if I actually ate all the food I ordered from u guys maybe I would request a god damn refund. Forever lost me as a customer

If you think its bad being a dissatisfied customer, being a courier driver is even worse. They constantly give me the graveyard shift, they dont let me work the 2 better zones and they dont give me the amount of shifts i requested. So they lied about being able to work where and when you want.

When i first signed up, there was a 3or4 week delay in my paperwork, thier robot run website didn't understand why the last name on my birth certificate didn't match the last name on my driver's license. Its because i got married a long time ago.

Then there was a 3or4 week delay in them shipping the thermal bags to me.

Also, by the time we pay for GAS , we are only making HALF of Minimum Wage.

Thier help center is run by robots and thier service is terrible.
