Walmart

Worst customer service. Will never purchase from Walmart again. No call backs and customer service on the phone was totally useless and so was the supervisors desk. Take your money and can’t deliver or even give a date. Best line line is we cant cancel the order it is after the delivery date but they could clearly see it hasn’t been shipped. Rating should be able to give negative numbers. Should of stuck with amazon never ever had any issues with them. By the way head office doesn’t respond either.

You get a 0 for a review. I have dealt with this Company for a long time doing ALOT of online shopping. Today I put in a new address for an order I had wanted shipped to Ontario for someone’s birthday but your online ordering defaulted it to my address. I called in about an hour or so after the order was placed and apparently there is nothing you can do about it?

How is that with 90% of all other Companies that you order from up until the date it ships you can either edit that information or call in and it can be edited for you but not a huge Corporation like Walmart. I have to now reorder this to be sent to the person for their Birthday and then wait until the other arrives at my home and make the trip to Walmart to have it refunded. Then I will also have to pay interest for the extra charge on my Credit Card because I have to buy it twice. All I can say is A HUGE FAIL Walmart. Come on you can do better!!!!!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced with a financial institution. Absolutely terrible. I was charged $4.91 for Walmart MasterCard insurance. Which I was told I shouldn’t have been charged but they cannot find out why. So basically Walmart financial has stolen $4.91 from me. This is despicable. And this seems to be my only recourse and now this page is saying in order to post this I have to give them a star !!!! They don’t deserve one star. What a joke.

I have been fighting with WalMart Canada to get a charge for something I did not receive put back on my credit card. All the stupid customer service reps know how to say is to speak with my bank, this is ridiculous. They should have a manager call you back to rectify the situation. WALMART took money OUT of my credit card without blibking an eye. Very very very poor and illegal actions on your part.

Ordered online (Mar 13/21) 4 pcs bar stool and only received one and it's damaged. Walmart has been giving me the run around to replace or refund. It's been over 1 month and all they can say is, "I'm sorry" and will escalate the case. Promised to resolve within 48 hours and still nothing! I am very disappointed with Walmart and how they deal with their error!

Attn: Lee Tappenden, CEO! 4 bar stools ordered on Mar 13/21, only 1 arrived damaged. Your customer service team escalated 4x and 7 weeks later this issue is still not resolved! I am very disappointed and I hope that other customers are treated in better manner.

Very, very poor customer service. Always get the same old answer from whom ever I have spoken to, the same with messenger and Twitter. If anyone reads this review and really, really cares about GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, please get back to me. You have all my info on file.

Bad customer service, ordered a TV on May 20th and now June 4th and NO TV have phoned customer service several times and keep getting different answers. Asked for a Manager two different times and still have not got a call back. Day & Ross picked it up on May 26th and was to be delivered on May 31st and now they say it is with JDS but JDS has not record of it. The site would not let me give a NO STAR RATING.

I find there is a problem when you say delivery is free and now making customers pay $7.97 for your so-called express delivery. This is fraud.

I was at the Walmart in St Thomas I was asking about curb side pick up they were very rude to me but ended up telling me how to do it I went over to the two products I wanted called the curb side pick up while standing in the store gave them the bar code he said ok we are not busy right now I will go get it meet me out side at curb side I went out there waited for almost a hour then I called the number they said that I had to go to the garden Center to pick up I went there she brought me out the one thing and told. Me the other one was out of stock I told her I had it right in my hand I would go get it or show her she was very rude huff and puffed and said never mind I will go see it is like she just said that because she did not want to bother with it, I realize this is very stressful on everyone I also work with the public and yes it is very stressful but it is also your job! After I paid for my things she says next time order on line very rude! I really did not appreciate the attitude I got from that Walmart store!
