Honestly they suck ass I put to call me when here and I got no call or message saying they are here why have a company if they are not going to fallowing the people tell them to do

If I could give a company negative ten as a review you would get it I’ve had pretty much every single time I’ve ordered skip a mistake or failed to delivery I’m so sick of it and the customer services “can’t refund your account cuz it’s had too many refunds” welll maybe if u actually had drivers read directions and maybe if I actually ate all the food I ordered from u guys maybe I would request a god damn refund. Forever lost me as a customer

If you think its bad being a dissatisfied customer, being a courier driver is even worse. They constantly give me the graveyard shift, they dont let me work the 2 better zones and they dont give me the amount of shifts i requested. So they lied about being able to work where and when you want.

When i first signed up, there was a 3or4 week delay in my paperwork, thier robot run website didn't understand why the last name on my birth certificate didn't match the last name on my driver's license. Its because i got married a long time ago.

Then there was a 3or4 week delay in them shipping the thermal bags to me.

Also, by the time we pay for GAS , we are only making HALF of Minimum Wage.

Thier help center is run by robots and thier service is terrible.

I had requested that customer service connect me with a manager or supervisor. They refused and abruptly ended the conversation. (Is this how you train your customer service representatives?)





To cut a long story short, I had originally entered my work address on the platform, but when I logged in, the address to my shop had been locked in. As a result, the food was delivered to that address. The delivery driver dialed me an unknown number, and my phone does not accept unknown calls.



The agent credits me 50% of my delivery, which is satisfactory. The issue now is that I went to the location where the food was supposed to be delivered. Food was not delivered. I'd like the establishment to be informed. According to customer service, the driver had delivered the food. ( Which is not the case). Going forward I do not want the driver ever handling my food, I also would like an apology from the agents.

I will not tolerate or keep giving my hard earned money to establishments that have rude and dishonest employees. (Especially customer service).

There are other platforms like skipped the dishes, who value their customers. (All I wanted the agents to do is to inform the establishment).

Extremely disappointed talking to custumer service chat team. I had points that dissapeared from my account, I reached out to see if they could credit back the amount to my account as it was not the fault of me. The two people I talked to never took the opportunity to figure out the problem and ignored my concern and told me to contact the support team by email and they both left the chat. I then sent another chat request calling their custumer service horrible and f***ing useless that resulted them threatening me that they will ban me, the crazy part of this whole thing is I was the only one being professional when the two chat people not only ignored my complaint but left the chat. The third person I talked to actually took the time to figure out a solution but that doesn't change the fact that skip has probably one of the worst custumer service lines out there. I'm most likely going to use up my points and order my food from their competitor. They need to revamp their whole system because I hear nothing but problems with skip the dishes.

-10 stars in customer service, I went to cancel the order and missed it by just a second, started an online chat immediately asked them to cancel the order with absolutely no response except for them asking why I wanted to cancel. I gave my reason and again absolutely no response until it was too late. It seems as though they waited on purpose so they did not have to refund me ????

February 14, 2023 - We ended up picking up our own order on February 14th after 2 hours and ate cold food. Then we got an email saying our order was delivered at 9PM that night, which it was not. Customer Service was overloaded with 200 people ahead of me so we couldn't speak to anyone. To this day (May 19th) no one from the company has contacted us. We had a text message saying we get $5 off our next order. Wow.... There seems to be no desire for any kind of customer service! No follow up to a customer that picked up their own food and you still charged for it. Seems like a practical joke! If I was the CEO I would have been on the phone apologizing to all the customers you screwed that night rather than hiding behind a firewall...
