Disappointed in their tone-deaf decision to charge $0.99 to make up the difference that they don’t get with the 15% on delivery fees. Saddest part, this is suppose to be a “non-profit” company. I will never be using this company to order from again, you don’t get to temporarily charge something to make yourself more money on an industry that is already struggling in a pandemic. SkipTheDishes is selfish

Zero( that’s how many stars they deserve), they have terrible customer service. Apparently without explanation my account had questionable activity, they will no longer service my account.



I will complain about to every restaurant they service.



Terrible company!

If I could give a -5 starts then I would, can’t count how many times the driver has eaten the food never shown up or was a disaster skip the dishes doesn’t know how to manage there drivers or give them shit after they ate the customers food. If you like wasting money and not receiveing your food skip the dishes has you covered and no there customer service is complete shit won’t do anything for you waste of time space and money

I purchased a gift card on March 16th at 13:43, I was charged the money for the gift card but did not receive my gift card so I could redeem to purchase food. I was trying to deal with it on Chat they did not help and could not help. I did this through Online interact so the money is gone as soon as the transaction is confirmed. I have told this to skip the dishes, I ask for either a refund or my gift card just so I am not out the money they told me it was a phantom charge and I would see it come back into my account with in 5 days so far nothing I called back to skip and they can still not help me. They are nothing but a scam do not use skip the dishes

I am waiting on a return for my gift card that I did not receive. I wish someone could help with this I have called and I have also written an email to the company and I have not received a response this company is a joke they just want to take your money and give you nothing in return.

Just got hung up on by corporate office for trying to make a complaint with a driver almost killing me on the highway... they won’t let me make a complaint because I don’t have an order number or a car number... there cars are unmarked and the order was not mine this man was driving 40kmh or more over the speed limit and just about had a head on collision trying to pass me I hard to hit the emergency break on my car to stop fast enough... corporate brush me off and said someone would contact me in 48hrs when I told her that was bullshit she hung up on me

I wont give any stars, terrible experience from a screwed up delivery, to not being able to get my only money left for 3 to 5 days, than requested a manager, but told thats 2 to 3 days to speak to a manager . Lousy!! From start to finish, terrible!!

The email is invalid. The phone wait times are 10x what they claim they are. I'm a longtime customer and I've been wronged by skipthedishes, and I can't even contact somebody for some accountability? Skip if you read this, I'll call in everyday until my issue is resolved or your company learns what the meaning of accountability is.

Have an issue regarding a refund and missing points, was told last week "well look into this", no adjustments - no points fixed.

Now miraculously you cant get ahold of a rep and noone is available for days of attempts.

Dont waste your time or money.

Never received my order, courier kept it and ate it. I still had to pay for it. Fuck skip the dishes.



1 star because I cant give them none.
