Cant even do a negative star. would be -100. Walmart Canada is just a big scam stealing from people all the time. They take your money and cancel your orders. They will not return your money or give you the product you ordered. Worst customer service ever. Complete and utter scam!!!

There are very few good reasons to even shop Walmart anymore...based on MY recent experience, it is truly amazing the inept and incompetence that exists, throughout -- absolutely, MINDBOGGLING!! It gets worse and worse and like, people just don't care about PROPER and DECENT customer service -- NOT like the good ole days, that is -- Is it any wonder people are stressed out after shopping, Walmart, in person or online anymore?

I had an eye examination for new prescription glasses at your Courtenay, B.C. location. I requested they use my own frame. When I picked them up and tried them, my vision was worse in one eye than before. The staff advised me they couldn't do anything more and offered to return my payment. I had kept my old lenses and they put them back in. I put them on not noticing that they now had cracks along the bottom glass and a piece of the decoration missing. I would like my original prescription lenses remade and if they cannot find the decorative piece, I would like a replacement frame. Your early reply would be most appreciated.

My husband and I are retired at 68 years old and live in Moonbeam, ON. Sometimes my husband and I decide to go for a road trip to Kapuskasing, ON and sometimes we stop at Walmart 350 Government Road E, Kapuskasing ON P5N 2X7 for a few things. On Friday Dec. 6, 2024, our Kia Soul broke down in the Walmart parking lot. We had the car towed through CAA to Hebert Tire & Auto Repair in Kapuskasing.

I called many times for a taxi on Friday Dec. 6, when the car broke down in the Walmart parking lot in Kapuskasing, but I could not get through. Apparently, there is only one taxi service in Kapuskasing, and it was too far for us to walk to a hotel. There is no bus service or subway in Kapuskasing and area. I called Hertz Rental to see if they could send a car over, but they don’t offer that service. The operator said we must go into a Hertz dealership to pick up the car which is ridiculous because why would I rent a car when I have one. Walmart is not going to let us stay inside overnight when the store closes, so we would be stranded in the Walmart parking lot. The tow truck only takes one person. What am I supposed to do with my husband, leave him stranded in the Walmart parking lot. We both stayed at Walmart and were sitting inside trying to figure out how we were going to get home or to a hotel. I was almost in tears. We were terrified.

I asked one of the cashiers if she new if there were any other taxis in town and she said no, only one and they are always very busy. Then she asked why, and I told her our car broke down and was towed and we were stranded and had no way to get home. She said, “Why don’t you ask Eric if he will drive you home; he just bought a house in Moonbeam and is probably done his shift and is ready to go home; he’s outside getting the carts.” We waited for him to come into the store and explained our situation. He said “Sure, after all it is Christmas.” We were ecstatic.

Thanks to Eric and the wonderful employees at Walmart, we were able to safely go home. Your employees went over and above to help us with what was not in their job description. They deserve a raise or free pizza. You have fabulous hiring practices because you have amazingly wonderful and caring staff. Thank you, Walmart and Eric, for turning a disaster into a huge save. WOW WOW WOW ... this is a submission of PRAISE for your employee named chantal, consumerable dept. of walmart in cornwall canada ... i was so impressed with they young woman's personable, helpful and efficient deportment ... AND the bonus was, she spoke english and understood every word i said and was most most most accommodating ... HUZZAH, for having such a marvellous employee! but employees that are born in canada and speak english properly are a boon to your company and our nation ... bravo for hiring such a wonderful decent young woman!👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️it was marvellous to have such a pleasant experience with such a wonderful canadian employee ... BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO ... keep hiring caucasians that are canadian and speak english .... not all your employees are as helpful or understanding

i"m an occasional customer of your stores and i"m tired of the shitty ,attitude i get from some employees. when i go there to look for what want ,they are taking there sweet time putting product i'm looking for on the shelves. if i ask nicely to take a look at it, if it is on there little put away cart they just blow me off with bullshit attitude. the same if i ask when the product might available if i don't find it on the shelf...WTF ,WAL-MART not good customer service....

Had purchased coat hangers on November 18, 2022. product was shipped and arrived at Walmart Argentia Dec, 8, 2022. Product was lost at Walmart but they could not clairify this however I had called 3 times addressing this and at the end the customer service supervisor just gave me a refund. I did not request a refund all I wanted was the product. What it came down to is that Walmart messed up the order and 3 months later asked me to reorder it. The seller who was selling these hangers is no longer on the list and the price has doubled. I had ask the supervisor if they can fullfill the order they said not. This was clearly there fault but would not give me the order for the original price I paid. By the way when you call customer service it sends you to India as thats where it is subed out to. Poor poor training.

I have been so badly treated by Walmart customer service for asking about being charged a monthly $84,68 on my account without any Authorization and no explanation why or who is making this charge, and when I confront them they have no answer,Furthermore the Arrogance and behavior of Ms Dimpae [Walmart Stockyard] is beyond. I phone called the Manager Mr. Yohan A. and was left on the phone for more than half hour. How ever I am Taking this Further .

only buy from them if expect to get ripped off - horrible customer service - they dont speak english - and said ordert discount code was used up even tho' i cancelled the order - shame- shame shame shame - walmart is horrible - shame on them

I tried to shop in your store 2 weeks in a row. I was told by your associate that I did not scan items that went into my bag. We had to prove to him he was wrong. He sad he was just doing his job. This week I boughht a new garbage can for my kitchen. I was forced to open it to prove I was not stealing. I phoned back to the store to complain and just got lip service. I will never step into a Walmart again. Your company culture sucks and I will be doing everthing I can to boycott your store. It is obvious your company is more concerned with theft than customer service
