My order was placed indicating I was paying with CREDIT CARD!!! However, your delivery man arrives at my house indicating HE DID NOT HAVE THE MACHINE and DEMANDED CASH ONLY! after looking throughout my house for cash, I’ve told him several occasions that I DIDN’T HAVE CASH, out of no where the delivery driver pulls the machine out his pizza delivery bag and tells me it doesn’t work and "the battery is very low….." he entered in whatever code he had to before telling me to “Tap over here” holding the machine in a way he was hiding the screen from me, as i wrestled his hand and checked the amount being charged, HE WAS GONNA CHARGE ME +$5.00 MORE THEN THE ACTUAL PRICE! I looked at him and told him straight that, that isn’t the right price, he came upon excuses indicating charges on top of my order along with other excuses (HE WAS TRYING TO ADD HIS OWN TIP!!! VERY UNACCEPTABLE) after the little argument, the delivery man then reinserted the write price and handed me the machine (The machine was working perfectly fine, and full battery) He still had the audacity to ask me for a tip after all the trouble he had caused.



Your corporation as a company honestly need to do better.. It is honestly VERY UNACCEPTABLE, I’ve even made phone calls asking to speak to customer service, after telling them the full story, the male on the phone didn’t seem to care what I had to say!



your “customer service” really need major improvements, along with your disciplinary action towards the driver.

I want to submit a complaint towards a Pizza Pizza store in London, ON for openly disrespecting and physically threatening me. I was working today as a Skip the Dishes delivery driver, and around 1:15 pm I received an order from the 1275 Highbury Ave Pizza Pizza store. I entered the store with my mask on and my required thermal bag to collect it. There was no one in the store except me, so I proceeded to tell the person working my Skip order # and the person replied back saying it will be a few minutes and go outside and wait and come back to collect it. I was initially confused, so I just moved back and minded my own business. A minute later, he again told me to go outside and wait but he said it with an attitude and also had a rude tone. I asked him why cant I wait in here since there is nobody in the restaurant, and he said it doesn't matter those are the rules. As I was leaving I told him I'll be sitting in my car and if he would bring it out to me and at that point he became very irritated and replied why would I bring it out to you? So I then asked him again I'm wearing a mask, there is no one in here and plus I'm physically distancing from you too and he just lost his cool and started yelling at me to get out of his store. I kept my composure and told him that other Pizza Pizza stores don't tell me to wait outside, why are you telling me? He said he is the manager and didn't matter and then immediately snapped at me and started cursing. He repeatedly told me to "get the F out". All this time, I didn't raise my voice nor did I verbally abuse him but he was being extremely disrespectful by shouting and cursing. I even told him to not be disrespectful and there is no need to swear, I'm just asking a question. Seeing his outrageous behaviour, I was walking towards the door to exit and at that moment the man aggressively grabbed a pizza peel and charged towards me in a threatening manner. For a second, I honestly felt he was going to hit me with the pizza peel. After leaving the store, I felt completely furious and humiliated by the treatment of this store manager. I immediately texted skip the dishes to let them know of what happened and requested to be unassigned from the order. I have never encountered such blatant disrespectful behaviour in my life. I am utterly shocked and disgusted by the manager's actions and how he exhibited zero service skills & humane nature while working in a service industry. I request you to take this matter seriously and I demand that the manager receive disciplinary action and issue an apology to me as well.

I purchased a pizza at the local store which is a regular place we go to on January 29th. The pizza was undercooked and doughy. I tired to call the nead office several times to get msgs stating to call back the next business day during business hours which i continued to do. I finally got ahold of a woman today who told me that she would not accept my complaint as it had been a week. Nice math by the way. She was rude and when i was rude right back she hubg up on me. Very unprofessional! Will never get my business again. Had to give 1 star to send in rating, but the Head office doesn't even deserve that! Btw, wors of mouth speaks volumes

Just had the worst pizza i have ever had. From your store on Hwy 92 Elmvale. Have had pizza from their before and it was good. This time the crust was like it had been made prior and toppings put on and heated. Would not recommend.

hi i got ripped i order a lactose free pizza and dipping sauce the pizza was small it was a med pizza with not alot of sauce and few peporonis and few pine apples

We ordered a bacon pizza and when we got home and started eating it, we noticed that the bacon was so undercooked. We can provide pictures of the bacon. The gentleman who made the pizza did a good job other than the bacon. When we ask for it well done, it’s burnt and when we don’t ask for it well done it’s not cooked enough is there any thing in between done and well done. We are not asking for a free pizza. Just want feedback. Got a pizza in Toronto and it was amazing. And we get a pizza in Woodstock and it’s not very good.

I ordered pizza and wings from one of your franchises this past weekend...paid 65.11 for this and recieved the worst service and worst pizza ever! Treated horribly!! And never recieved the make up order...I will never order from pizza pizza ever again!!! They suck!!
