The worst company for customer servuce.
already have tv, land line and internet from Bel....for years....tried for 30 min to get mobility, even though i have three accounts with them they have to do a credit check, ask 1000s of question and then they email asking for drivers license, or social security or another piece of i.d. so i send my S.I.N. and they tell me they cant accept that. This is how they treat an existing customers. The person who set this policy doesnt deserve a job. I will go elsewhere.
BAD BAD SERVICE
Bell likes to give you the run around 3 months and still getting passed around department to department like a dirty hooker.. when it comes to there security it's nil, they don't care about your safety of your family ,RCMP have called them to investigate and they won't return calls , this shows that they don't care for there customers. All they care about is taking your money. We pay for security on phone l,yet there lazy staff and horrible customer service ,shines now I get a guy claiming to be a manager of asked to speak to there highest authority as it's my right , but here we are again same bs.
