These people quote one price over the phone but then up the price when it gets to the door- every time. If it happened once it wd be a mistake. It happens every time, as well as when you complain that your are being chargd for pepperoni that you ordered but they for got the pepperoni. This happens every time as well. When you tell them you expect to actually see some pepperoni on the pizza, they take one piece of pepperoni, which is about the size of a loonie, & tear it into pieces, so you can't tell if they used only one piece or two. They put a tiny piece of the torn pepperoni on each slice of pizza. Are we now a 3rd world country??? Send these people back to their own country. This is dispicable!!!@#!!!
Have tried for 3 years to use myhut rewards and it will not apply. Have tried on 3 browsers on desktop, mobile browser and on app. Have called this twice and was never gotten back to despite being told to wait 48hrs for someone to call back. Multiple emails, twitter, BBB, even had PizzaHut US notify them that I was still awaiting a response
Wish i could give a zero star rating for the pizza hut in welland. My son bought a medium cheese and pepperoni pizza from them. I took 2 bites only to find out that the pizza wasnt cooked correctly. The middle was doughy, the sauce was sour and the pepperoni was salty and greasy. We usually give a small piece of the edge crust to our dog and she wouldnt even eat it. It was the worst piece of pizza we ever had.

I just witnessed a worker throw stuff in a dirty garbage and didn't wash her hands after, then process to cut my pizza, after I asked for her to wash her hands and to make me a new pizza, the manager let her come out and try to be little me, and all he did was laugh, Train your staff in food safe, just gross

I am attaching a photo on my online credit transactions today and have noticed that I was charged five (5) times.
On March 25, 2023 between the hours of 7:00pm to 8:30pm I have ordered one large pizza to be delivered to my family in Mississauga and was trying to pay online. The order was paid in “cash” by my family member in Mississauga. I was trying to pay online but the transaction kept being “blocked” and logged me out from the website. I checked my account and it was indicated that I was charged five (5) times by the store. Two charges was credited. Please see below photo.
I have ordered one large pizza to my address in Toronto, Ontario after my one order placed for my family in Mississauga. At this time, I am not aware that I was charged five (5) times. These two charges should have been cancelled because of pizza hut’s computer glitch. My family paid in cash in full amount plus tips!
I have contacted my bank and was advised to have the merchant reversed the amount that I was charged multiple times then if this is not settled I will file a dispute.
