This us the 3rd agent in 24 hours. when supervisor calls I tell them didn't record my voice and they say they can't help no option to stop the recording

Bank account frozen for 3 weeks. Still no word from security about resolving this issue. I have spent over 12 hours on hold. Several times the call was dropped. My account was hacked. Poor security. The worst customer service. I assume Scotia is going to drop this bank. Stay away!

Worst company ever. The right word would be white collar criminals.



Atm overcharged 140 dollars. Its been one month and 10 days, talking with security is useless.



Direct deposit of 1087.00 returned because it was "outside" business hours.



Booking.com refunded me 113.72. Security states the account has been closed and there is nothing I can do about it.



Sent police and Ems to my house as a good will gesture which only annoyed me more. Thankfully the police was polite and understanding.



I wont recommended this company to anyone.

After many attempts, I decided not to bother. Their customers service centre staff are clowns. I asked to speak to a Manager to complain ( as per their complaint procedure. I was informed ,there isn’t one on duty but I could get a call back within 5 business days…

If you own a smart phone and are good with computers you will do great.

I don’t have a ‘smart ‘ phone or own a computer…sucks to be 68.

3 hours and 50 minutes on hold in last 24 hours and still no resolution. Abysmal.

I have been trying to speak directly to a supervisor in the fraud department for over 8 days. I have left numerous messages for a call back without any response. The staff members I have spoken with have no answers to my questions. Customer service does not answer questions. Staff regularly refuse to allow customer to speak with supervisors. Even after my request was escalated to important, no call backs were received.

THERE IS A TOTAL LACK OF INFORMATION GIVEN TO CUSTOMERS WHEN DIRECT QUESTIONS ARE ASKED.

Staff outright lied and said that VISA blocked my account when I do not even have a VISA card.

by far the worst bank!!

There was an unothaurized payment processed on my account and I've been on the phone for a week between the hotel and the bank to have them put a stop to the pre-auth and release my funds back intto my account becaue I need it to go buy medications. Might I add that the amount processed was for 1200, not chuml change, and even after doing EVERYTHING that they asked me to, I still cannot access my money.



Lost my business moving forward!
